When used indoor it is recommended to check the accuracy of your sensors at least once a year. For outdoor use, it is recommended to check them every 6 months.
Our in-house lab is fully equipped to test the accuracy of your IP-based temperature & humidity sensors with measurements traceable to NIST. Customers requiring a calibration certificate for auditing purposes can get such a certificate from our lab.
- All tests are performed against NIST traceable measurements and as per ISO 17025 standards.
- Temperature: 3 reference points at 0°C, 20°C & 50°C.
- Humidity: 3 points at 35, 50 & 70 %rH at 35°C.
- Optional Hot Swap: we ship you calibrated sensors first; you then return your sensors.
Certificates contain all required information and reference to the unbroken chain of measurements as per ISO standards.
All accuracy testing & calibration certification work is done as per ISO 17025 standards. However ServersCheck’s lab is currently not ISO 17025 accreditated.
We verify if your sensors are within tolerance for the different test points. Certificates include the calibration equipment used with serial numbers. The calculated uncertainty, calibration date and due date.
We offer you a one stop calibration certification solution. We can test most IP based temperature and humidity sensors; regardless of the brand.
